This virtual event is powered by HireUP Florida, designed to introduce hiring companies to job seekers as well as provide an opportunity for job seekers to network with each other. In this unique platform, job seekers will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, ask questions, and connect with recruiters for local Tampa Bay staffing firms.

There will be a mix + mingle event for job seekers only the night before to provide event overview details and allow time for job seekers to network in a casual environment.

Thursday, 6/24 - Virtual Hiring Event with Employers + Job Seekers
The virtual hiring event will consist of hiring companies and 30-40 attendees.
There will be 1 round / participating employer, consisting of 5-7 attendees in each round.
Groups will get 20 minutes with each employer, before moving to the next “room.”
In each "room", employers will introduce their company and open positions.
Individuals will have 2-3 minutes each to pitch themselves to the employers.

Groups will get 15 minutes with each employer, before moving to the next “room.”
In each "room", employers will introduce their company and open positions.
Individuals will have 2-3 minutes each to pitch themselves to the employers.

All job seekers will have the opportunity to talk to each employer so practice your 30-second elevator pitch now! You will be moved from room to room ensuring you meet every employer and have an opportunity to network with other job seekers as well.
Companies Featured: PwC, Alluvion Staffing, Eliassen Group and Vology
Event Overview:
The event will consist of hiring companies and attendees (must preregister to attend).
The attendees will be broken into groups, consisting of 5 attendees in each.
Employers will each have their own "room."
Attendees will rotate through each employer "room."
Upon entering the room, the employer will have 5 minutes to introduce their company and review open positions.
Individual attendees will have 1-2 minutes each to pitch themselves to the employers.
Each rotation will last about 20 minutes before moving into the next "room."
Post event, resumes will be shared with potential employers for follow up.
